Returns & Exchanges Policy – Keepin’ It Real

At Mad Panda Racing, we know what it means to eat dirt, fix what’s broken, and keep charging forward. So here’s the deal: our gear is made-to-order just for you – no take-backs unless the item shows up busted or with a rare factory goof. You’ve got 14 days from the day it lands to let us know if something’s off. Here’s how it works:

Return Eligibility

  • If your item arrives looking like it took a spill before it got to you or has a wild print mishap, we’ve got your back.
  • But heads up: returns aren’t on the table for ‘wrong size’ or ‘wrong color’ – each piece is made-to-order, so double-check sizing tables or reach out if you still have questions before you order and ride on!

How to Request a Fix

  1. Reach Out – Got a problem? Hit us up within 14 days at ShopMad@madpandaracing.com with the details of what went wrong.
  2. Show Us the Damage – Snap a photo of the issue so we can see exactly what’s up.
  3. We’ll Take It From There – Once we have the info, we’ll make sure you get a reprint or refund if needed – no fuss, just action.
